Toy Museum
Business & Users NeedsToy Museum has been established since 1986, started off as a toys collector he slowly builds his collection and has made his respects within the industry in Hong Kong.
Hong Kong's space is like the price of gold! Shops rental gets higher and higher every month, to have a shop in the busiest town, Central, is not an easy task. Toys are maintaining the store so to go online is only the next step to go! Personas

Synthesis - problem statement
ScenariosAfter sorting the synthesis, it was evident there are pain point needs to be resolved sooner than the others, here is the order:
Storyboards - I need to find paper dolls!Alice was asked to take care of her niece for an afternoon, where she thought to tell a story of the paper dolls, where both her Grandma and mum have told her before. On her way to lunch she saw Toy Museum, a small squashed shop it was, so she hesitated from going in. Then her colleague advised her to buy online. Not only she found what she was looking for it was quick and easy and delivered to her within two days.
She shared her story and had a fantastic time with her niece chatting about fashion and the history of how dolls. User flowCombining both the user needs and business aims. Here are three "Happy-paths" where I should focus on first.
CategoriesAs there are so much Categories within the toys industry I worked with 12 users in finding out how they may have Categories them, then we found out mostly took them from 13 to 16 kinds.
Wire framesI made three wire frames from comparing which may work better for the users I asked a few users and the right diagram was the chosen one!
